Itama Ranoraya Allocates Rp300 Billion for Capex This Year


PT Itama Ranoraya Tbk (IRRA) allocates a capital expenditure or Capex of around Rp250-300 billion this year.

President Director Itama Ranoraya Heru Firdausi Syarif said the business transformation would strengthen the company's position in the health sector. The company is no longer only a distributor of medical devices but also a producer and healthcare provider.

"This business transformation will be carried out in parallel, both for the acquisition of PT Oneject Indonesia (Oneject) and for investment in health services (laboratory clinics)," he said in Jakarta on Thursday (6/5).

According to Heru, the projected impact of business transformation on financial performance to be fully reflected in the book's performance in 2022, so that the support for the company's growth this year will still come from the existing business.
