DILD Posts Rp73 Billion Loss in 1st Quarter 2022


Jakarta - PT Intiland Development Tbk (DILD) during the first quarter of 2022, posted a loss for the year attributable to owners of Rp72.7 billion, down from the same period in the previous year, which earned a profit of Rp3.24 billion.

The company's financial report published on Monday (5/30) showed this loss was triggered by a 37.84% increase in other expenses to Rp207.81 billion from Rp150.76 billion.

Low net foreign exchange gains of more than three times, or Rp331.33 million from Rp1.89 billion, and other expenses of Rp13.14 billion from Rp13.14 billion in revenue were some of the triggers for other high expenditures.

The cost of goods sold and direct expenses increased by about 20.04% to Rp352.33 billion from Rp293.51 billion.

However, the company increased its operating income by around 2.15%, to Rp562.47 billion from Rp550.60 billion.
