PT Indosat Tbk (ISAT) is currently considering the sale of approximately 4,000 of its towers.

"The company is still in the early stages of exploring the transaction," said Chief Legal of Indosat, Natasha Nababan, in the company's disclosure submitted to the IDX on Thursday (18/2).

She added that if the tower sales transaction is realized, the transaction is considered a material transaction.

The transaction plan does not impact the company's operational activities, financial condition, and current business continuity.
