PT Indosat Tbk (ISAT) completed sales transactions of 4,247 towers on May 18, 2021.

"Transaction settlement occurs after preliminary requirements are fulfilled, including approval from the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders on May 11, 2021," said Indosat Corporate Secretary Billy Nikolas Simanjuntak through the IDX disclosure on Friday (21/5).

He added that Indosat had completed the sales transaction of 4,247 towers and leasing back 4,085 towers between the company and PT EPID Menara Assetco with a total transaction of Rp10.47 trillion.

The tower sale transaction did not have a material impact on the company's operational, legal and financial conditions and the company's business continuity.
