Jakarta - PT Indopoly Swaskarsa Industry Tbk (POLY) obtained a loan facility from DZ Bank AG, Deutsche Zental-Genossenchaftsbank, Frankrut am Main, worth EUR14.4 million.

"This loan facility has a tenor of 12 years, of which ten years plus two years of construction period and a coupon of 6 months EURIBOR plus a margin of 0.7%," said Director of Indopoly Yenni Meilina Lie in information disclosure on Wednesday (6/8).

He added that the company would use this loan facility to finance the purchase of BOPP/PE machines from Bruckner Maschinenbau GmbH & Co, including but not limited to the payment of export credits provided by Euler Hermes Aktiengesellschaft along with interest.

Meanwhile, the loan guarantee is for a BOPP/PE machine from Bruckner Maschinenenbau GmbH & Co.

This loan facility will positively impact the company's business continuity.
