PT Indomobil Multi Jasa Tbk (IMJS) bought PT Nissan Financial Services Indonesia (NFSI) shares for Rp380 billion.

"NML sold 562,500 NFSI shares to Indomobil Multi Jasa with a share purchase value of Rp 380 billion," said Director of Indomobil Multi Jasa Gunawan in a statement in Jakarta Tuesday (29/6).

According to Gunawan, the transfer of rights to shares from NML to Indomobil Multi Jasa makes the company the majority shareholder and controller of NFSI.

"NFSI's business and operational decisions will be synergized with Indomobil Multi Jasa as the controller," he explained.

Before the transaction, NFSI's shareholder composition consisted of NML (75%), Indomobil Multi Jasa (15%), and PT Tritunggal Inti Permata (10%).

After the transaction, the composition of NFSI's shareholders changed to Indomobil Multi Jasa (90%) and Tritunggal Inti Permata (10%).
