PT Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Tbk (ICBP) issued global bonds worth US$1.75 billion or equivalent to Rp25 trillion.

The debt securities were sought after by investors, with total orders reaching US$11.4 billion or around Rp162 trillion. For the first tranche, Indofood CBP issued US$1.15 billion global bonds.

The bonds have a tenor of 10 years and an interest rate of 3.39%. From the bonds, the company received requests or orders from investors amounting to US$7.4 billion or 6.4 times larger than the bonds issued.

Then, for the second tranche, Indofood CBP issued global bonds worth US$600 million with a tenor of 30 years and an interest rate of 4.47%. These bonds were oversubscribed 6.7 times or reached US$4 billion.
