Jakarta - PT Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa Tbk (INTP), through PT Bahana Indonor and PT Sari Bhakti Sejati, bought shares of PT Cipta Armada Bersama (CAB).

The purchase of CAB shares came from PT Kapal Mini Indonesia and Winarto Asnim as CAB's shareholders.

"The value of the sale and purchase transaction for CAB shares is Rp2.5 billion," said INTP Director Oey Marcos in information disclosure on Monday (31/1).

He hopes that the purchase of CAB shares will support the main business activities of PT Bahana Indonor, especially in the field of transporting goods by sea.

CAB is a company engaged in the shipping sector. Meanwhile, Bahana Indonor and Sari Bhakti are Indocement entities.
