Indo Tambang Raya Allocates US$40.5 Billion for 2021 Capex


PT Indo Tambangraya Megah Tbk (ITMG) allocates  US$40.5 million for capital expenditure (capex) this year.

Citing the book for the 2020 fiscal year report published on Tuesday (9/3), the planned allocation is around 18.83% lower than the 2020 capital expenditure target of US$49.9 million.

However, last year's actual absorption of capital spending was only 59.1%, or US$20.4 million.

This year, the company plans to spend some capital expenditure on building stone initiatives, continuing the ongoing innovation process by relying on automation technology and data analysis based on big data and Indonesian revolution 4.0, through the ITMG Digital Center Excellence (DCOE).

Also, DCOE plans to forge new partnerships with 20 startups and train up to 300 employees through the Digital Capability Center and its digital academy.
