Jakarta - PT Indah Kiat Pulp and Paper Tbk (INKP) plans to issue PUB sustainable bonds III phase I in 2021 with a maximum principal amount of Rp3 trillion and sustainable sukuk mudharabah I phase I in 2021 worth Rp1 trillion.

The brief prospectus issued on Monday (23/8) stated the sustainable bonds III phase I is part of the program for sustainable bonds III with a target of obtaining funds of Rp7 trillion.

Meanwhile, the issuance of phase I sukuk mudharabah is part of the PUB for sustainable sukuk mudharabah I with a target fund to be raised of Rp3 trillion.

The continuous bonds III phase I are offered in three series, namely Series A with a tenor of 370 days, series B with a tenor of 3 years, and series C with a tenor of 5 years.

The company also offers the sustainable mudharabah sukuk in three series.

To issue bonds and sukuk mudharabah, the company has received a rating from Pefindo, namely A+ and A+(sy).
