The Indonesian Stock Exchange has suspended (suspension) the shares of PT Hensel Davest Indonesia Tbk (HDIT), starting the first trading session on Wednesday (9/6).

PH Head of the BEI Transaction Supervision Division, Zakky Ghufron, said the suspension was carried out in connection with a significant cumulative price increase in Hensel Davest Indonesia's shares, so they needed cooling down.

"PT Indonesia Stock Exchange deems it necessary to temporarily suspend trading of HDIT shares on trading June 9, 2021," he said through the IDX's information disclosure in Jakarta.

The temporary suspension of trading of HDIT shares is carried out in the regular market and cash market to provide sufficient time for market participants to carefully consider the information available in each investment decision-making in HDIT shares.
