The Indonesia Stock Exchange temporarily suspended the trading in PT ICTSI Jasa Prima Tbk (KARW) shares on May 20, 2021.

Lidia M Panjaitan, head of the IDX Transaction Supervision Division, stated in today's IDX statement that the suspension was carried out due to a significant increase in the cumulative price of KARW shares.

"The suspension of KARW shares is carried out in the regular market and the cash market, with the to provide ample time for market players to carefully evaluate every investment decision making based on the information available," she explained.

The Exchange appealed to interested parties to pay attention to the disclosure of information conveyed by the company.
