IDX Bans Dhanawibawa Sekuritas from Trading Activities


The Indonesia Stock Exchange stated that PT Dhanawibawa Sekuritas Indonesia could not conduct trading activities on the Exchange because the company's Net Adjusted Working Capital has not met yet the required minimum value.

"Therefore, starting from the first trading session on May 4, 2021, Dhanawibawa Sekuritas is not allowed to carry out trading activities on the Exchange until further notice," said IDX Director Kristian S Manulang in an official publication on Tuesday (4/5).

In addition, Dhanawibawa Sekuritas was subject to a fine of Rp178 billion.

Based on OJK Regulation Number 52 / POJK.04 / 2020 concerning Maintenance and Reporting of Net Adjusted Working Capital, the NAWC for underwriters and brokerage securities is at least Rp25 billion or 6.25% or 1/16 of the rated liabilities company.
