Jakarta - PT Humpuss Intermoda Trasportasi Tbk (HITS) sold 110.294 million Treasury shares on December 28, 2022.

"The initial public offering price of the Treasury shares was Rp364 per share, making the total amount reach Rp40.147 billion," said Humpuss President Director Tonny Aulia Achmad in information disclosure on Friday (12/30).

After the transaction, the remaining Humpuss' treasury shares are worth 108.921 million, or 1.53% of the company's total shares.

Meanwhile, the company's treasury shares buyer was PT Kharisma Nusantara Timur. Kharisma is not an affiliate of the company.
