PT Harum Energy Tbk (HRUM) plans not to distribute dividends for the financial year 2021.

"Due to significant funding needs,"  Harum Energy 2020 annual report showed on Tuesday (18/5).

As a continuation of diversifying its business, the company will increase its investment in the nickel sector this year. The company believes that investors in the nickel sector have good prospects and contribute to future business growth.

To support and finance the plan, the company uses internal funds and bank credit facilities.

Currently, the company has a bank credit facility in the form of a revolving loan with a maximum loan value of US $ 125 million which is valid until June 2023. The company can use this credit facility to fund capital expenditures, working capital, business activities, and investment.

The company ensures that it maintains a healthy capital ratio to support its business and optimize shareholder value.
