Jakarta - PT Harum Energy Tbk (HRUM) entity, PT Tanito Harum Nickle, bought 252,838 new shares or 9.8% of the total shares issued by PT Infei Metal Industry (PT IMI).

"The sale and purchase value is US$27.440 million," said HRUM President Director Ray A Gunara through information disclosure on Tuesday (14/12).

THN's share ownership in PT IMI becomes 49% with this transaction.

"The purpose of the transaction carried out by the company is to increase the company's ownership in nickel processing and refining business activities," he added.
