Hary Tanoesoedibjo family through PT Trinity Healthcare (THC) officially becomes the majority shareholder of PT Zebra Nusantara Tbk (ZBRA) after acquiring PT Infiniti Wahana (IW), becoming the owner of 51% stake in Zebra on March 9, 2021.

"Zebra management has also authorized Rudy Tanoesoedibjo to carry out company operational actions in the context of developing the company's business, valid as of today until the company's official appointment by the company's GMS," said Zebra Nusantara President Director Mulyadi in Jakarta, on Thursday (18 / 3).

On February 26, 2021, THC has signed a Conditional Sale and Purchase of Shares Agreement (CSPA) with IW as the controlling shareholder of Zebra. IW has a total of 665,186,134 shares of ZBRA, 3,400 A series shares with a nominal value of Rp500 per share, and 665,182,734 B series shares with a nominal value of Rp100 per share.

"On this occasion, we can convey that THC has realized the purchase of IW shares on March 9, 2021. As an implementation of the signing of the Conditional Share Purchase Agreement (CSPA) in February 2021," said THC management.

Based on the CSPA, THC agreed to buy and sell 436,627,835 B series shares or about 51% of the total shares paid up in ZBRA at a price per share of Rp56.
