Jakarta - PT Gudang Garam Tbk (GGRM) business entity, PT Surya Dhoho Investama (SDHI), signed a cooperation agreement with the Ministry of Transportation regarding the New Airport Development Project in Kediri Regency, East Java.

Based on the cooperation agreement, the cooperation period is 50 years from the date of the first phase of commercial operation.

"The signing of the government cooperation agreement with the Kediri Airport PPP has no impact on the company's operational activities, financial condition or business continuity," said Director of PT Gudang Garam Tbk, Heru Budiman, quoted in information disclosure in Jakarta on Monday (9/12).

SDHI is the Implementing Business Entity (BUP) for cooperation between the Government and Business Entities (KPBU), while the Ministry of Transportation is also in charge of the cooperation project.
