Jakarta - PT Gudang Garam Tbk (GGRM) expands the business in the infrastructure sector, hoping that it helps to bolster revenue in the long term.

Director of Gudang Garam, Heru Budiman, said that after investing in building Dhoho Airport in Kediri, East Java, the company has formed a subsidiary engaged in the toll road sector, named PT Surya Kertaagung Toll.

"The company's subsidiary PT Surya Kerta Agung has established a new subsidiary named PT Surya Kertaagung Toll (PT SKT), domiciled in Kediri," he said at the Public Expose (PubEx) Live 2021 event in Jakarta on Thursday (9/9).

According to him, GGRM owns 499,999 shares or 99.9% in PT Surya Kerta Agung, which founded PT SKT.
