Jakarta - PT GTS Internasional Tbk (GTSI), thru PT Hikmah Sarana Bahari (HSB), won the trust of BP Berau Ltd to ship LNG cargo with the Eka Putra I ship.

"The work period is one year, starting January 7, 2022," GTSI President Director Imam Santoso said in a statement on Tuesday (18/1).

He added that HSB had completed an assessment carried out by BP Indonesia on PT Humolco LNG Indonesia as a shipping management company for the Ekaputra I ship.

For the current contract, Ekaputra I transports LNG produced at the Tangguh LNG Plant operated by BP Berau Ltd, with loading locations at Tangguh Port, Bintuni Bay, West Papua, and discharging ports planned to be located at several points in western Indonesia. such as Arun port, West Java FSRU, Lampung FSRU, and Java Satu FSRU.
