Jakarta - PT GoTo Gojek Tokopedia Tbk (GOTO), through PT Spirit Empat Lima (SEL), took over the shares of PT Untung Always Sukses (USS Networks) with a transaction value of Rp7.148 billion.

"The number of new shares taken was 1,082 saham, or 4.05% ownership in USS Networks," said GOTO Corporate Secretary RA Koesoemohadiani in an information disclosure on Wednesday (8/6).

He added that this transaction is an investment in expanding the company's business portfolio through its subsidiaries. SEL is a subsidiary that the company indirectly owns through PT Tokopedia and PT Spirit Bambu Runcing with 99.98% ownership.

In addition, GOTO paid additional capital to PT Pradipa Darpa Bangsa (PDB), which is a subsidiary of the company, worth Rp300 billion.

"This transaction aims to serve as working capital for GDP operational activities," he added.
