Jakarta - The management company of Blibli.com, PT Global Digital Niaga, plans to acquire PT Supra Boga Lestari Tbk (RANC) by taking over the company's seven shareholders.

The seven entities are PT Wijaya Sumber Sejahtera, PT Prima Rasa Inti, PT Gunaprima Karyaperkasa, PT Ekaputri Mandiri, David Kusumadjojo, Suharmo Kusumodjojo and Harman Siswanto.

The seven entities signed a share purchase agreement (SPA) in Supra Boga Lestari in connection with PT Global Digital Niaga's plan to take over in Supra Boga on September 15, 2021.

The estimated number of shares to be acquired is 797.88 million, representing 51% of the total issued and paid-up capital of Supra Boga Lestari owned by the seven entities.
