Jakarta - PT Golden Energy Mines Tbk (GEMS) pledged around 99.01% of its PT Roundhill Capital Indonesia (RCI) shares to PT Bank Mandiri Tbk.

"This pawn is cross-default and cross-collateral with existing loan facilities between GEMS, PT Borneo Indonesia, PT Kuansing Inti Makmur, PT Barasentosa Lestari, and Bank Mandiri," said GEMS Corporate Secretary Sudin in an information disclosure on Tuesday (10/18).

He added that the company signed this share pledge agreement on October 13, 2022.
