Jakarta - PT Garudafood Putra Putri Jaya Tbk (GOOD) obtained a credit facility from PT Bank Negara Indonesia Tbk amounting to Rp1 trillion.

"The purpose of the transaction is to refinance part of the company's existing syndicated loans," said GOOD Corporate Secretary I Made Astawa in information disclosure on Wednesday (24/11).

He added that this credit facility has a tenor of 60 months, starting from signing the facility agreement deed on November 22, 2021.

"With this credit facility, the company gets a better financing alternative to replace the existing loan balance, in order to continue to look for better, more efficient breakthroughs but still maintain quality to maximize shareholder value," he said.
