Jakarta - PT Garudafood Putra Putri Jaya Tbk (GOOD) received a credit facility from PT Bank Tabungan Pensiunan Nasional Tbk (BTPN) worth Rp1 trillion.

"This facility will be used for overall refinancing of the company's existing syndicated loans and to finance capital expenditure in 2021 and 2022," said GOOD Corporate Secretary I Made Astawa in information disclosure on Thursday (6/9).

He added that the company obtained better financing alternatives to replace existing loan balances to continue to seek better, more efficient breakthroughs but still maintain quality to maximize shareholder value.

Obtaining these credit facilities with a 60-month term will directly support the company's business development from time to time, Astawa said.
