Jakarta - PT Surya Eka Perkasa Tbk (ESSA) announced that Garibaldi Thohir would resign as Commissioner of the company.

In an information disclosure submitted to the IDX on Wednesday (19/1), "On January 17, 2022, Mr. Garibaldi Thohir has submitted a plan to resign as Commissioner of the company," said Corporate Secretary Erfine Kumala Furi.

She continued, "This resignation plan will be effective at the GMS held no later than April 2022, or 90 days from the resignation letter."
