Jakarta - PT Galva Technologies Tbk (GLVA) obtained a credit facility from PT Bank Central Asia Tbk (BBCA) with a ceiling of US$ 10 million (equivalent to Rp142 billion) and Rp160 billion, respectively.

"The purpose of this credit facility is to support the company's capital and operational needs," said Corporate Secretary Galva Maria Fansiska via BEI information, Tuesday (14/9).

The details are a multi-facility L/C facility worth US$5 million with a 1-year tenor, a time loan revolving facility of Rp115 billion with a 1-year tenor, a forward line facility worth US$5 million with a 1-year tenor, and a standby L/C facility of Rp45 billion with a 1-year tenor.

The existence of this credit facility does not have a material impact on the financial condition but is positive for the company.
