PT Gajah Tunggal Tbk (GJTL) has withdrawn a syndicated credit facility of Rp1.45 trillion.

These syndicated loan financial institutions are BCA Tbk, Bank Permata Tbk, and KEB Hana Bank Indonesia. This credit facility has a tenor of 7 years.

"This new credit facility is based on a syndicated credit agreement in which BCA acts as the mandated lead arranger and bookrunner, as well as a facility agent and guarantee agent from the financing party," said Director of GJTL, Kisyuwono in the IDX information disclosure, on Friday (9/7).

According to Kisyuwono, all proceeds from the disbursement of this new credit facility were used to prepay the remaining outstanding under the senior debt securities dated August 10, 2017, with Bank QNB Indonesia Tbk as the agent of the facility with a principal amount of US$250 million, which will mature in 2022.
