Jakarta - Fountain City Investment Limited has sold 825 million PT Bakrie & Brother Tbk (BNBR) shares.

"We do not know the purpose, date of the transaction, and the price of the transaction," said BNBR Corporate Secretary Christofer Alexander in the IDX information disclosure on Thursday (7/10).

With this transaction, Fountain's share ownership became 1.087 billion shares or 5.14% from 1.912 billion shares or 9.04%.
