First Session, JCI Rises 0.55% to 6,007


The Jakarta Composite Index (JCI) in the first trading session today, on Thursday (29/4), strengthened 0.55% or 32.87 points to 6,007.35.

Two hundred eighty-two stocks rose, 167 stocks fell, 166 shares were stagnant. The total volume of transactions reached 9.11 billion shares with a transaction value of Rp5.51 trillion.

Meanwhile, the top gainers among the blue chips were PT Aneka Tambang Tbk (ANTM) 3.29%, PT Merdeka Copper Gold Tbk (MDKA) 3.29%, PT Vale Indonesia Tbk (INCO) 2.90%.

Meanwhile, among the top losers in the LQ45 top losers included PT Japfa Comfeed Indonesia Tbk (JPFA) -5.07%, PT Bank BTPN Syariah Tbk (BTPS) -3.74%, PT Summarecon Agung Tbk (SMRA) -2.48%.
