First Session, JCI Rises 0.5 Percent to 6,284


The Jakarta Composite Index (JCI) at the end of the first trading session today, on Thursday (25/2), was up 32.83 points or 0.5 percent to 6,283.88.

Of stocks in the composite, 325 shares were up, 176 stocks fell, and 177 stocks were unchanged. Market turnover reached Rp6.26 trillion from 11.43 billion shares traded.

While the top gainers of the LQ45 were UNTR that rose 4.2 percent to Rp23,500, GDYR jumped 24.8 percent to Rp2,720, and HRUM increased 7.4 percent to Rp6,925.

Meanwhile, among the top losers in the LQ45 were EDGE which fell 7 percent to Rp21,950, INPS was down 6.7 percent at Rp5,875, and the BBCA decreased 0.4 percent to Rp33,475.
