First Session, JCI Rises 0.49% to 6,098


Jakarta - The Jakarta Composite Index (JCI), in the first trading session on Friday (10/9), rose 29.82 points (0.49%) to 6,098.05

There were 261 stocks rising, 220 stocks lower, and 162 stocks stagnant. The total volume reached 17 billion shares with a turnover of Rp6.4 trillion.

Meanwhile, the sectors that contributed the most to the increase in the index were IDX-Basic 1.31%.

The top gainers in the LQ45 were PT Aneka Tambang Tbk (ANTM) which was up 6.15% to Rp2,590. PT Timah Tbk (TINS) up 3.67% to Rp1,555, PT Chandra Asri Petrochemical Tbk (TPIA) rose 2.92% to Rp7,050.

For stocks that entered the LQ45 top losers, among others, PT Bank Mandiri Tbk (BMRI) which fell 1.97% to Rp6,225. PT Summarecon Agung Tbk (SMRA) fell 1.69% to Rp870. PT United Tractors Tbk (UNTR) down 1.49% to Rp21,475.
