The Jakarta Composite Index, in the first session of trading on Monday (26/7), ended up 8.48 points or 0.14% to 6110.17.

There were 256 stocks up, 228 stocks down, and 151 stocks stagnant. The total share trading volume reached 14.87 billion shares with a total value of Rp6.47 trillion.

Four sectoral indexes strengthened, supporting the JCI's rise. Meanwhile, six other sectoral indices are in the red zone.

Meanwhile, the top gainers in the LQ45 were PT Sarana Menara Nusantara Tbk (TOWR) (14.29%), PT United Tractors Tbk (UNTR) (2.41%), PT Charoen Pokphand Indonesia Tbk (CPIN) (1.61%).

Among the LQ45 top losers included PT Medco Energi Internasional Tbk (MEDC) (-2.80%), PT Indah Kiat Pulp, and Paper Tbk (INKP) (-2.61%), PT Summarecon Agung Tbk ( SMRA) (-2.52%).
