First Session, JCI Rises 0.09% to 6,101


The Jakarta Composite Index in the first session of today's trading, Monday (14/6), rose slightly by 5.65 points or 0.09% to 6,101.14.

Two hundred nine stocks rose, 265 weakened, and 165 stocks were stagnant. The total transaction volume reached 14.44 billion shares with a transaction value of Rp5.32 trillion.

Sectoral indexes only partially supported the strengthening of the JCI. The biggest gains were IDX Technologies which rose 12.30%, IDX Properties rose 3.26%, IDX Basic Materials increased 0.36%, and IDX Consumer Cyclical slightly rose 0.08%.

Meanwhile, IDX Industrial became the index with the deepest weakness after falling 1.6%, IDX Transportation fell by 1.14%, and IDX Consumer Noncyclical fell by 0.76%.

Next, IDX Energy fell 0.40%, IDX Infrastructure fell 0.25%, IDX Finance fell 0.12%, and IDX Healthcare saw a slight correction.

Meanwhile, the top gainers in the LQ45 were PT Merdeka Copper Gold Tbk (MDKA), up 2.87%, PT Ch
