First Session, JCI Falls 0.32% ti 6015


The Jakarta Composite Index in the first trading session, Thursday (24/6), fell 19.50 points or 0.32% to 6,015.04.

There were 179 stocks up, 293 stocks down, and 144 stocks unchanged. The total transaction volume reached 11.75 billion shares with a market turnover of Rp5.14 trillion.

Although the JCI weakened, there were still five sectoral indices that strengthened. The property and real estate sector index rose 0.35%, the industrial sector rose 0.32%, the technology sector rose 0.19%, the raw goods sector rose 0.19%, the non-primary consumer goods sector rose 0.05%.

The stocks among the top gainer in the LQ45 were, PT Pakuwon Jati Tbk (PWON) 3.70%, PT Bumi Serpong Damai Tbk (BSDE) 2.04%, PT Semen Indonesia Tbk (SMGR) 1.28%.

Meanwhile, among the top losers in the LQ45 were PT Wijaya Karya Tbk (WIKA) -3.32%, PT Telkom Indonesia Tbk (TLKM) -2.97%, PT Perusahaan Gas Negara Tbk (PGAS) -2, 87%.
