Jakarta - The Jakarta Composite Index (JCI), in the first session of trading today, Monday (6/9), fell 0.28% or 16,967 points to 6,109.

There were 237 stocks that rose, 236 stocks weakened, and 169 stocks were unchanged. The total volume reached 13.4 billion shares with a turnover of Rp6.07 trillion.

The top gainers in the LQ45 were PT Wijaya Karya Tbk (WIKA) which was up 7.37% to Rp1,020. PT PP Tbk (PTPP) up 7.07% to Rp985. PT Perusahaan Gas Negara Tbk (PGAS) increased by 3.30% to Rp1,095.

Meanwhile, the top losers in the LQ45 were PT Barito Pacific Tbk (BRPT), down 2.45% to Rp995. PT Chandra Asri Petrochemical Tbk (TPIA) down 2.32% to Rp7,375, PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia Tbk (BBRI) fell 2.04% to Rp3,850.
