PT Pelat Merah Nusantara Tbk (NIKL) posted a net profit in the first quarter of this year of US$1.48 million from the same period the previous year suffered a loss of up to US$10.14 million.

Latinusa's financial report, published on Tuesday (27/4), was supported by an increase in sales of around 23.65 percent to US$47.01 million from US$38.01 million.

Also, the company managed to reduce foreign exchange losses of around 89.99% or from US$9.58 million to only US$959,194.

Meanwhile, until the end of March 2021, the company's total assets were recorded at US$152.44 million, an increase of 15.55% from the same period last year of US$131.92 million. These total assets consist of liabilities and equity of US$102.601 million and US$49.84 million, respectively.
