In the first quarter of 2021, PT Bisi International Tbk (BISI) increased sales by 8.2% YoY to Rp434.18 billion.

With the increase in sales, BISI's net profit also shot up to 226% YoY to Rp79.46 billion in the first three months of this year.

Based on BISI's financial reports, the most significant sales contribution came from third parties for pesticide and fertilizer products valued at Rp263 billion. Followed by sales of seed products worth Rp167.95 billion.

The contribution from related parties of seed, pesticide, and fertilizer products was Rp3.02 billion in the first quarter. Apart from being successful in raising revenue, BISI has succeeded in making efficiency by recording a 10% decrease in the cost of goods sold yoy to Rp232.22 billion at the end of last March.
