FIF to Sell Rp1.18 Trillion Bonds


Jakarta - PT Federal International Finance plans to issue sustainable bonds V phase IV 2022 worth Rp1.177 trillion.

Based on the company's prospectus issued on Friday (11/3), these bonds are part of the Sustainable Bonds V program, with a target of obtaining funds of Rp10 trillion.

In phase IV, the bonds have two series, series A worth Rp500.760 billion with a coupon of 5% and a tenor of 370 days, and series B worth Rp676.240 billion with a coupon of 6.80% and a tenor of 36 months.

The company will use all proceeds from the issuance of these bonds for working capital, particularly for motor vehicle consumer financing.

To issue this bond, FIF has obtained a rating from Pefindo, 'AAA', and Fitch Ratings Indonesia, 'AAA'.

The underwriters for the issuance of the bonds were entrusted to BCA Sekuritas, CIMB Niaga Sekuritas, DBS Vickers Sekuritas Indonesia, Indi Premier Sekuritas, Mandiri Sekuritas, and Trimegah Sekurit
