Jakarta - The business entities PT Sarana Menara Nusantara Tbk (TOWR), PT Iforte Solusi Infotek (Iforte) and PT BIT Teknologi Nusantara (BIT) obtained a loan facility from PT Bank Permata Tbk (BNLI) worth Rp1.5 trillion.

"The purpose of this loan is for capital expenditure and general corporate purposes," said PT Sarana Menara Nusantara Tbk Corporate Secretary Monalisa Irawan in an information disclosure in Jakarta on Tuesday (12/6).

He added that this loan facility matured 60 months after the signing of the agreement. Meanwhile, the signing of the agreement took place on December 1, 2022.
