PT Enseval Putera Megatrading Tbk (EPMT) plans to distribute cash dividends for the 2020 financial year of Rp200 per share or a total of Rp541.73 billion.

"Based on the resolution of the GMS, Enseval will distribute cash dividends of Rp200 per share to holders of 2,708,640,000 shares," said Djonny Hartono Tjahyadi, President Director of PT Enseval Putera Megatrading Tbk, Djonny Hartono Tjahyadi, on Friday (21/5).

Regarding performance, EPMT recorded net sales of  Rp22.54 trillion in 2020. This number grew 1.44% compared to the realization in 2019.

Meanwhile, EPMT's profit for the year rose 17% year-on-year (YoY) to Rp 679.87 billion over the past year.

With ownership of 92.47% shares, the majority shareholder, PT Kalbe Farma Tbk (KLBF), will receive a large dividend.
