PT Energi Mega Persada Tbk (ENRG) plans to conduct a limited public offering III (LPO III) in issuing Preemptive Rights of 14.47 billion new series B shares or 58.33% of the total or fully paid capital in the company after the LPO III.

Based on the company's disclosure of information to the IDX, Thursday (24/6), the implementation price of the PUT III was Rp. 126, so that the total amount of funds obtained was around US$ 125.19 million or equivalent to Rp1.82 trillion.

The company plans to use the proceeds from the PUT III of around US$43.5 million or Rp.633.88 billion to buy 250 thousand shares or 25% of the total shares of Energi Mega Pratama Inc owned by Kinross International Group Limited.

Currently, the company owns 50 percent of Energi Mega Pratama Inc's shares, so that after the PUT III, the company will control 75% of the shares.
