PT Elang Mahkota Teknologi Tbk (EMTK) announced that it has effectively increased its share ownership in investments in new shares issued by PT Grab Teknologi Indonesia (GTI) 311.27 million new shares or 3.29% of the paid-up and issued capital in GTI.

The total investment value is Rp3.08 trillion or equivalent to US$210 million, under the deed of the shareholders' decision to amend PT GTI's articles of association dated 30 June 2021.

The company has 244.572 million shares with a par value of 244.572 billion, equivalent to 2.68% of the paid-up and issued capital of GTI or 2.59% after the placement of shares.

After the placement of shares, the company controls about 5.88% of the total paid-up capital and is placed in GTI.
