Jakarta - PT Elang Mahkota Teknologi Tbk (EMTK) business entity, PT Kreatif Media Karya (KMK), has sold part of its shares in PT Elang Andalan Nusantara (EAN) on August 10, 2022.

KMK signed the transfer deed of shares totaling 202 series A shares and 4.792 million series B shares in EAN with Lazadapay Holdings Pte Ltd as the buyer.

"The selling price is US$304.5 million," said Emtek Corporate Secretary Titi Maria Rusli in an information disclosure Thursday (8/11).

He added that after it completed this share sale transaction, KMK's share ownership in EAN decreased. But on the other hand, KMK obtained the proceeds from the sale of shares, which positively affected the financial condition of KMK and the company.
