PT Elang Mahkota Teknologi Tbk (EMTK) plans to sell all of its shares in PT Elang Media Corpora (EMC) as much as 1.25 million shares to PT Sarana Meditama Metropolitan Tbk (SAME).

According to Emtek's Corporate Secretary, Titi Maria Rusli, the sale and purchase price of the shares reached Rp1.350 trillion.

"The reason for the planned transaction is to create synergy and integration in the company's subsidiary business activities in the health sector, between Omni Hospital and EMC Hospital," he said in an IDX disclosure on Tuesday (11/5).
