PT Creative Media Karya (KMK) has sold 9,998 shares or 99.98% in PT Elang Aliansi Sejahtera (EAS) to PT Elang Mahkota Teknologi Tbk (EMTK).

"The sale and purchase transaction price is Rp999.8 million based on the share purchase agreement on June 10, 2021," said Emtek Corporate Secretary Titi Maria Rusli in the IDX information disclosure on  Monday (14/6).

According to her, this transaction was carried out to restructure EAS internally.

KMK is the company's business entity whose 99% shares are directly owned by the company.
