Early Week, JCI Ends Tad Up 0.08% at 6,106
The Jakarta Composite Index at the end of trading on Monday (26/7) rose slightly by 4.70 points (0.08%) to 6,106.39.
Two hundred forty-one stocks ended rising, 264 stocks weakening, and 143 stocks unchanged. The total share trading volume reached 21.80 billion shares with a turnover of Rp11.09 trillion.
Only four sectors increased, supporting the JCI, the transportation sector 2.68%, the infrastructure sector 2.24%, the non-primary consumer goods sector 1.55%, and the technology sector 0.59%.
The top gainers in the LQ45 were PT Sarana Menara Nusantara Tbk (TOWR) 19.55% to Rp1,590 per share, PT United Tractors Tbk (UNTR) 2.28% to Rp10,200 per share, PT Jasa Marga Tbk (JSMR) 1.76% to Rp4,050 per share.
Meanwhile, the top losers in the LQ45 included PT Medco Energi Internasional Tbk (MEDC) 4.67% to Rp510 per share, PT Summarecon Agung Tbk (SMRA) 4.40% to Rp760 per share, PT Wijaya Karya Tbk (WIKA) 3.86% to Rp995 per share.
