Early Trade, JCI Rises 28 Points


Jakarta - The Jakarta Composite Index (JCI), in trading Friday (6/3), opened up 28 points to 7,176.68.

There were 234 stocks rising, 49 stocks falling, and 231 stocks stagnant. The total trading volume of shares reached 500.02 million shares with a total value of Rp337.89 billion.

All sectoral indices strengthened following the increase in the JCI. The sectoral indexes with the biggest gains were the Infrastructure Sector IDX which rose 0.80%, the Financial Sector IDX rose 0.59%, and the Technology Sector IDX rose 0.54%.
