PT Duta Pertiwi Tbk (DUTI) this year targets a 19% growth in operating revenues to Rp2.05 trillion.

President Director of Duta Pertiwi, Teky Mailoa, said that the company is optimistic that it will achieve the target after seeing the achievements until the first quarter of 2021, operating revenues of Rp351.95 billion. Likewise, net profit grew 73.81% to Rp228.29 billion, compared to the same period last year.

"We are optimistic that the property business will recover in 2021, although there are still challenges from the COVID-19 pandemic, as the government's efforts in handling the pandemic in providing and implementing vaccines should also be appreciated," he said on Thursday (24/6).

Currently, Duta Pertiwi still has a land bank of around 1,280 hectares spread over several big cities, including Greater Jakarta and Surabaya.
