PT Duta Pertiwi Tbk (DUTI) acquired PT Itomas Kembangan Perdana (IKP) shares, amounting to 14,700 shares of A series worth Rp147 billion and 25,068 shares of B series at or Rp146,246 billion.

The company acquired these shares from PT JC Real and TPB Development Pte Ltd on March 19, 2021.

"The purpose of this share takeover is to maintain the company's share ownership percentage in IKP and develop IKP's business in the future," said DUTI's corporate secretary, Susan, in an IDX disclosure, on Tuesday (23/3).

Following the acquisition of these shares, IKP will become a subsidiary of Duta Pertiwi.
